In this message we look at the Nature of Jesus. From the very first verse in the bible, God chose to reveal Himself in the original Hebrew as "Elohim" which gives us some insights to His nature. The very word Elohim presents a plurality to the nature of the One True God. The next verse tells us the Holy Spirit, who is also God, was active in the creation. John 1:1-3 tells us that Jesus is God and that He was active in the creation of all things....which includes you! John 1:14 tells us that God the Son went from dwelling in heaven to dwelling here on earth. That is what we refer to as "the Incarnation"; God became flesh and moved into our neighborhood! Lastly, we see in Revelation that Jesus is coming back; not as a babe in the manger like He did on Christmas, but as a Lion coming back for those who are His!
